I'm all for a Steve Jobs day, but not at the expense of wiping out Columbus Day.

I voted yes, since I'm retired from my day job, but my small biz might require some kind of work monday so it could be a maybe. If it's a new tenant calling to rent some space, I may have to write up a rental agreement, but that's hardly a day of work.

I took Monday off. In health care we get 12/25, 1/1, 5/30, 7/4, and 9/30. Period. It tends to be hard not to laugh when asked if you're off on other days.

I end up working a lot of them too. I mean, take 12/25 for example. WTH else is there for me to do?
