What a snitty company. Sorry Kap. I have gotten rid of Malware before with Malwarebytes... There is a bunch of other things I do before resorting to creating a new account. I usually have a "backup account" that is "clean" and use that account to clean the other account. I also use a startup CD with malware/trojan/spyware removers on it.

Softpedia has a page for the publisher to let them know of updates. Messages about whatever can be sent anonymously.
Perhaps several us, or all us, should do just that.

Hi folks. Sorry to dig this thread up but a friend of mine gave away her email password to these crooks recently and had her browsers taken over too. I've been doing some research.
