Just make sure you can get a .com for the name.
There might be some prescription acronyms you could use like PRN

Sounds like the friend does Medication Therapy Management? MTM is a well known abbreviation in the business particularly since the advent of Medicare Part D. Using it as part of the name may be useful/descriptive of services.
