Vision, despite his opinions of Bernie, is smart enough to know that the image of Bernie and his mittens became an Internet meme, and not other VIPs at the inauguration, because it was funny.

Tell a St. Louisan you’re from St. Louis. Note the first question that comes next.

I'm guessing its High School too. I don't know much about St Louis. Was there for a couple of days maybe 20 years ago and had a blast. They had this incredible park with a totally free zoo.

In my hometown the question was always "Which Parish" - we never did set foot in Louisiana.

Yep, where’d-you-go-to-school.

The zoo in Forest Park — best anywhere — has roots going back to the ‘04 World’s Fair, when the Flight Cage set up by the Smithsonian was purchased so that it wouldn’t be torn down. And so they built a zoo around it. It’s best-known Director gave it some fame (Marlin Perkins, ‘62-‘70).

And then the following year the MZD was formed in a remarkable voter-supported initiative to fully support the Zoo. https://mzdstl.org/ That’s why it’s free. Oh, and you get free access to the History Museum, Art Museum, Science Center too. The Botanical Gardens charge a fee but locals have 2 free days each week.
