So stupid.
I think I read that she has the dress she wore with "stains" on it that could have been used to compare with Trump's DNA but since the judge in this case could not compel Trump to provide a DNA sample that it could not be used at this trial. Someone suggested - maybe here? - that Carroll could get a DNA from Trump's sister and get enough of a match to have a high degree of confidence that the "stain" was from Trump. Maybe now that the trial is over she could pursue that without making it a legal issue - just a "just thought you might like to know the likelihood" issue.

I'm looking forward to his upcoming cases in Georgia, New York and with the Jan 6th insurrection, which I think are criminal cases and could mean jail time.
Hope his legal failures will put him out of the running in '24.

Every time Trump loses a court case, a ketchup bottle gets its wings.
Every aspect of this trial is horrific to me.
But the quote above did give me a moment of mirth.
I hope this verdict is one of many dominoes that will land him in prison most of all, cost him some real money, keep him out of politics for the rest of his life, and just maybe, cost him the allegiance of a significant number of his supporters, be they legislators or unwashed minions.
My expectations are being kept very low, so that any positive movement that's detrimental to *45 may be appreciated.

Hutchinson has been out spending all GQP candidates on META and other internet platforms in positioning himself as the fallback candidate for the day Trump and DeShiity implode.
