Does Obama have a US passport? If so, then apparently the State Department thinks his birth certificate is real. You have to have a certified copy of a birth certificate to get a US passport.

You can get a passport with either a Certification of Live Birth or a Certificate of Birth (long form or short form). But that doesn't prove he's a "natural born" citizen. It just proves he's a citizen.

Now somebody go verify that Obama has a US passport.

He took a trip to the Middle East and Europe during the summer. He would have had to have a passport to do that unless they hid him in the wheel well of the plane.

I suppose it is possible that he flew on a Terrorist passport, or that he DID hide in the wheel well.

All I'm saying is that it proves that someone at the State Department thinks the Birth Certificate is real. You had stated that someone was claiming the Birth Certificate was forged.

Why do you guys respond to her posts? You know she's just looking to rile everyone up, and you fall for it every time, hook, line, and sinker. There's no point in trying to have a rational discussion when she posts stuff like this, because that's not her goal.

Oh, my, I am so disappointed. Sad

I don't know who's right or who's wrong, but I'm sure not going to take any of your "say so's", because I don't believe any of you know any more than I do. You've accepted other's opinions as fact. I'm not willing to do that. I want a judge to slap his gavel on it.

Let it play out. Let Obama's attorneys provide the court with their hard copy evidence. Shouldn't be hard to do should it? What's the difficulty?

Others? WHO exactly? And they examined a scan and not the original? Again, when presented with facts that you don't like, you deny them and call them "opinions." Besides, if a judge slaps his gavel on it, you'll simply label him as an "activist" judge who's in the pocket of the librul dims. Not to mention: judge's decisions are "opinions."

I'm not the first nor the last on this forum to realize, Swampy, that you are an absolute nut-job. Your troubled mind would be much better off without an internet connection.

You're right, A-Dog. I tried; it's futile. Here's a funny picture:

Hey swampy, I posted a completely sarcastic thread about McCain a while back. Remember it? You may have thought I was serious. I wasn't, but the premise of that thread has more merit than this crap.

BTW, why is factcheck's opinion on this one not good? Seems like they were just fine when they supported your position.
