I agree that, as presented, the writer makes a valid argument about the possible negative consequences a moratorium could have on the market, but would you please provide a link to where this 90 day moratorium on foreclosures appears in conjunction with a plan being presented by Obama, now that he has been elected?
I do remember hearing about this during the campaign, but a Google search didn't give me anything current, although I admit to sometimes being search challenged. The only thing I've heard recently was a moratorium by Freddie and Fannie through the holidays, but that's due to expire on January 9th, which is before Obama even takes office. Thank you!

When I search the debate text it doesn't find "moratorium," "foreclosure" or "90 day" at all, and the only references to "freeze" are in regard to global government spending.

Actually, I found you a better source.
Right from the horse's mouth at change.gov. Use "find" to dig up "foreclosure". It was the second result down for me.
