Either the BBQ spare ribs, or the beef brisket from here: http://www.bubsbbq.com/ordereze/Content/1/Summary.aspx

I've been looking at this thread since right after it went up, trying to figure out if I really even have a favorite food. I've decided the answer must be no. I just get "in the mood" for certain things from time to time. There are times when I just have to get my hands on some BBQ, and there are other times when that isn't as appealing as a huge juicy steak. Sometimes I want solid food and other times I crave something like fudge or oatmeal raisin cookies.

I'm now feeling like there must be something wrong with me because I don't have a true favorite. Sad I'll work on that!

Right now anything someone gluten free isn't supposed to have... real cereal, crackers, pizza, gumbo, chicken fried steak and cream gravy, real french bread, hamburger on a real bun, fried shrimp, chicken or anything, Pasta/Lasagna/Ravioli & real dessert/cake/muffins/cookies.

I am slowly learning to adapt recipes. Most gluten free baked goods and breads have an aftertaste or weird texture.

Just found a great brand of gluten free bread and muffins by UDI's and that has really helped. Can't really tell the difference, so a real sandwich or toast is nice, and can use as bread crumbs.

Just had oatmeal and toast.
