i for one am willing to share. actually, i'd be pretty darn happy if i got the pot for having 5 numbers but now the powerball, or megaball or whatever that last number is called.

But that's only $250,000! Meh.

I think it's fun. I have only bought lottery tickets a couple times in my life (I don't gamble, either) but I am going to buy some right now. I tried to do it through the new IL website that allows you to buy tickets online, but the system is overloaded and not working.

I'm thinking about buying some tickets... Still got a little time left...

I'm in for an iPad. 64Gb LTE :wiggle:

Oh and I have my "lucky" two tickets. Smile

I find it hard to believe that every combination has been sold. That would mean that a lot of people bought tickets with sequential numbers, like:
1,2,3,4,5-1
1,2,3,4,5-2
...
52,53,54,55,56-45
52,53,54,55,56-46

I'm surprised the jackpot hasn't increased from $640M. I heard on the noon news that tickets were selling at a rate of 14 million per hour.

I would like to win the lottery but given the choice (which of course I do NOT have), I would prefer something a lot smaller. $20M is plenty and I could really do without all the publicity of the largest jackpot ever.

However, I suspect there will be multiple winners so maybe if there are 10 or so different winners it will dilute the publicity to a tolerable amount.

Not that I would turn down 3/4 of a billion though.
