While I understand your local PO doesn't offer the service yet, I've found the delivery service to be quite convenient (even though we hardly use it). I think it will take care of your needs without having to spend more at a UPS/FedEx store.
The local PO nearest the company has strange hours. They close from 1p to 3p (or something like that), which means I usually use the PO that the company keeps our PO Box, which is open all the time, friendly staff and easy to access (unlike the city-based one).
