My 4 year old Moen single handle bath tub faucet was leaking. Called Moen. Reached a live operator very quickly and told them the make and model. They sent me a new cartridge insert, seals, and tool in the mail free of charge. It's a $10 part at Home Depot. No hassle. I love that the cartridge is easily replaceable by the homeowner with a few screws.
