I've been in the 50's for 18 months as well, and you know what, except for a few more cricks and creaks it feels pretty good. Enjoy!

A few notes:
I joined AARP in Jan so I could join Gold's Gym and not pay the initiation fee.
I started bodybuilding 21 months ago and do look and feel better than in my 40's (didn't have excess weight to lose however)
It feels weird!!! Strangely weird.
Danny Bonaduce, yeah, I know. Castro too. Yeesh.
I feel more like I did in my 30's. Just wish gravity only had 30 some years on me

I passed 50 more than a year ago, sigh. If you don't like the big 5-0, you could do like my Dad did and tell people, "I'm 25 (pregnant pause) 25 on each side!" You're not getting older, your getting better, Happy Birthday, Pam!
