Using 'innocent' was very deliberate.
They just exercised their entertainment branding and spin.

No, and yes, in that order.
It was in civil, not criminal court, fortunately or unfortunately.
Fortunately, because I think it would have gone far worse for Ms. Carroll in criminal court.
