I'll bet Hillary has had someone carefully look at the original of that piece of paper, don't you?

Let me be the second to ask "Who?".

It's quite detailed and shows screen shots of the discrepancies.

Okay, even if one were to believe that Obama was born outside the U. S., is there a legal problem with that in regard to the qualifications to be President?

I know that you do not need to be a natural born citizen to get a passport. My point, my only point, is that at some point the State Department accepted as authentic the Birth Certificate that he must have submitted to get a passport. If someone is claiming that the Birth Certificate is a forgery, apparently the State Department didn't think so.

Also, you must submit a "certified" copy of the birth certificate, and not just a copy that you made on a Xerox machine.

*A certified birth certificate has a registrar's raised, embossed, impressed or multicolored seal, registrar’s signature, and the date the certificate was filed with the registrar's office, which must be within 1 year of your birth. Please note, some short (abstract) versions of birth certificates may not be acceptable for passport purposes.

The State Department had no reason to question the validity of his birth certificate when he first applied for one back in the 80's for his trip to visit his former room mate in Pakistan. And it wouldn't matter to them if it was a vault copy or not.

If he was born abroad, he would have submitted a "Consular Report of Birth Abroad" .

I don't know who's right or who's wrong, but I'm sure not going to take any of your "say so's", because I don't believe any of you know any more than I do. You've accepted other's opinions as fact. I'm not willing to do that. I want a judge to slap his gavel on it.

Let it play out. Let Obama's attorneys provide the court with their hard copy evidence. Shouldn't be hard to do should it? What's the difficulty?

What part of the AP story provided by Don Kiyoti do you think is not official enough?

From AP Article wrote:

HONOLULU (AP) — State officials say there's no doubt Barack Obama was born in Hawaii.

Health Department Director Dr. Chiyome Fukino said Friday she and the registrar of vital statistics, Alvin Onaka, have personally verified that the health department holds Obama's original birth certificate.

That article also mentions a suit in Ohio that was thrown out as well.

Well, OK then. "Techdude", who's only seen a scan, carries much more credibility than Dr. Chiyome Fukino, Alvin Onaka and Joe Miller, who have all examined and verified the original document. That'll hold up in a court of law.
