Yup, get used to it. If Apple thought they needed a change to make more money, they would do so. Apparently that's just not a concern right now.

True, but the connectivity on that DSLR will suck. Thanksgiving was a true epiphany for me when I pulled out my DLSR to take pictures and told all the guests that they could see my shots in a couple of days. Meanwhile all the young people had taken dozens of shots with their smartphones and were already sharing them on a communal photo gallery.
At that moment, I felt truly old.

even with a nice looking case once you cover up all but the screen the color/finish of the device is irrelevant
