Showed the wife the new MacBook Airs, to see the differences between the 11" and 13". The one that REALLY impressed her - deckeda - 11-06-2010 ... The 27" iMac. 3 browser windows open side-by-side. Or pretty much any three app windows visible at once. HONEY, THIS IS EXACTLY HOW I WORK! - her the kids need to be put to bed soon and they need clothes for winter can we go home now?- me And we're no closer to deciding. And won't be for a while. I don't ... need it to the extent I perhaps did last year. Convinced myself I'd rather have, and be OK with, an iPad. Still not sure about that. But the wife could use an upgrade on both computer and screen, and she's actually earning money with it. Another option would be just get a big monitor for the MBP if portability isn't paramount.
