I dunno, I just sold an original one with a not-so-great screen for $75 on ebay. No dock connector, no charger.

You can get $150 or more for it, unlock it and sell on ebay or craigslist. Instructions on iclarified.com, easy. Don't worry about messing it up, if it doesn't work just restore in iTunes and it back to normal. It doesn't matter if you can get them for $29 refurbished, because it would be locked to AT&T.
