What were they thinking off? today is THE DAY to make upgrades to the web site?

Yeah.. I'm picturing the guy in the Server Room at Panasonic's Web Center on the phone, a big rack of servers with fans HOWLING.. .and him yelling into the Red Phone;
"The core has gone critical, Captain... we have to eject the warp core or it's going to breach!! I need damage control teams to emergency stations with portable air conditioners!"

Staples.com servers choked on BF several years ago. Down until the afternoon.
