Quentin Tarantino is a true genius - fmgtech - 01-22-2011

Watching Kill Bill Volume 1 and 2. In my opinion true cinematic genius.

You're funning us, right? Those two movies are entertaining -- once -- but they hardly qualify as genius.

Death Proof sucks even more.

I enjoyed Reservoir Dogs, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, and Inglourious Basterds.

Rob, who would be on your short list of masters?

And who do you consider to be the "masters".

I don't want to get in a range war either. I was just saying I like his movies. But you say he steals and appropriates his movies. How did he steal and/or appropriate Kill Bill, Pulp Fiction, Jackie Brown, Inglourious Basterds, etc?

I could barely get through Kill Bill 1 & have no interest at all in the 2nd one.

I thought Pulp Fiction was excellent!
