Speaking of Safari Extensions - AdBlock - freeradical - 03-06-2011 How well does AdBlock work? Does it also get rid of pop-unders? http://safariadblock.com/ Re: Speaking of Safari Extensions - AdBlock - space-time - 03-06-2011 works great for me Re: Speaking of Safari Extensions - AdBlock - Mini 9 - 03-06-2011 Pretty good. Easy enough to download/install/try...and remove if needed. For instance rense.com with and without. It has options, and the areas and such can be FINE-TUNED. This was just one I did quickly for your consideration. ![]() ![]() Re: Speaking of Safari Extensions - AdBlock - freeradical - 03-06-2011 Very nice! Thanks Yeah, the only thing I've tried is the brute force method of turning off JavaScript, which of course causes certain websites to no longer work correctly. Re: Speaking of Safari Extensions - AdBlock - silvarios - 03-06-2011 iCab and Opera have built in per site filters. The paranoid crazy uncle method is to disable javascript globally and then only enable it for sites where you need JS. Firefox has NoScript. I have no idea what Safari has available.
