Seems 13 is the new 12 ... - timg - 03-17-2011 at least in this years NCAA Basketball tournament. in past years, it was nearly a lock that at least one 12 seed would score an upset in the first round. this year, a 13 seed has already won their opening game, and another is leading midway through the second half. edited to note which tournament I was babbling about ...
