i have some writing that i'd like to format for the kindle. i don't own one but will probably pick one up. any writers here that have gone through the process? looking for resources and tips on getting what what i have formatted correctly and ready for sale.

Caliber is the software used to convert text or PDF files to epub or whatever format the Kindle uses.

Stanza also coverts for the kindle, I believe.

I'll second Calibre, I've used it several times to turn artists works into e-books.
Its built in web/content server is pretty cool too.
