What's the problem ? If it's hanging ferrous tools, the concept of a magnetic tool rack has been around for a donkey's age.
I do love the writing in this bit, though:
"Do not use with irreplaceable items. Do not use for antiques, heirlooms, alien artifacts, or other valuable or irreplaceable items. These things are best kept in display cases guarded by KillBots or feral lab minions."
Mag racks usually fall out of favor fast when you realize that you have magnetized any tools you hung there. Admittedly, it's nice to have one or two magnetized screw drivers for starting screws, but it can be a liability.

How much do they cost?
A magnetic rack from Sears or such could be a lot cheaper. If you're not working on electronic gear, a magnetized tool will probably not be a problem.
I wonder how long the adhesive will hold, particularly with heavier tools. You might want to keep them low on the wall.
