Re: Sort Folders on Top of Files for your Mac - macbeergeek2 - 06-29-2011 Personally I prefer having folders sort alphabetically with files, but maybe that's just the "Mac way" engrained in me, because the way Winblows sorts them annoys me (because it's different). When I actually need certain folder to sort differently, I just add a space or special character at the beginning of the folder name. There is rarely any situation where I would want ALL folders to sort separately from files.
