I'm trying the papermoney/thinkorswim 60 day demo through TD Ameritrade right now. But I feel like I've entered the cockpit of plane in mid-flight that has lost its captain.
There is also the simulator on Investopedia, but it is too slow for day trading.
There are others, but I've only used the two above.

ToS is deep but quite good.

I use OptionsXPress but I'd like to try some others, too, like ToS.
The problem I have with virtual trading is I know it isn't real money so I don't care if I lose my ass.

you should check out http://www.sprinklebit.com, its in the beta phase still, but has a lot of educational information and is very user friendly. It has really helped me to understand how I want to invest when I'm ready and has helped me understand the simple differences between stock investing and stock trading. They give you $5000 virtual dollars to begin trading when you sign up! Good luck!
