-- Revolutionary fighters capture Moammar Gadhafi, Libyan TV says, citing Misrata Military Council. CNN cannot confirm.

We will see. Hopefully that will be the end of the initial fighting, BUT.... the Arab Spring seems to be morphing into the Winter of Discontent, with the same 'ol folks holding power in Egypt. What will become of Libya ?
When there is a huge power vacuum caused by the President For Life either killing or banishing all his opponents, there's no structure for government left. Are we going to end up with Mogadishu all over the place ?
