by Indiana's GOP Secretary of State, the second highest elected official in the state, and the person charged with certifying elections.
Just convicted on 3 felony counts of voter registration fraud, and 3 other felonies.

(This is a weird but interesting case. This guy's attorney is going to have a tough time finding clients after this.)

His problem was not the media, who are simply telling us what happened in court.
His problem was thinking he was above the law. Ooops.
