Therefore, Obama is not from Kenya.

Does this really prove it, why isn't Obama releasing the documents that will prove once and for all that he is not one of the caregivers, what is he hiding? Why isn't Donald Trump investigating this?

also the presumptive major premise is false, so even if the the syllogism were valid, it would not be sound
