I know the man who managed the bill on the floor. He's a good guy and he got sandbagged last year when the House dropped the bill on sine die. House is the big hurdle--Senate passed the bill last year. Vote went 71-67.

This is a big blow to the conservative pastors of rural MD and Baltimore/PG County. Hooray for marriage equality! Also, a feather in O'Malley's lib/mod cap.
