Does the "Paperclip Eject" trick work... - RAMd®d - 03-08-2012 ...on the Mac mini? My mini (Mid 2010) ejected a disk with a little trouble, and now won't accept a disk. Is there any chance the outer case is not lined up with the inner chassis, e.g. after some sort of upgrade? Re: Does the "Paperclip Eject" trick work... - macphanatic - 03-08-2012 Have you tried to eject the disc at start-up? On a few occassions, I've had discs that won't eject any other way. Trying to eject the disc will booting up has worked. On a rare occassion, I've had to reboot 2 to 3 times to get it to work.
