It's a stainless steel dispenser. I had NO idea that I had to take it out of the box to use. :drink:

Is item #1 in a box also ?
A label like that is usually reserved for hardware ( that people throw out - I guess it looks like space filling packing material ).
I'm gonna have to guess tech support is doing everything possible to minimize returns.
(and calls from the "challenged" ) :-)
If you flip that box over does it have a open other end label, too ?
With nice big printing so this doesn't happen ?
unfortunately there are people that struggle with simple things, like opening the right end of a box of cereal.

No, item #1 was a separate thing altogether (It's a recovery strap used to pull out a stuck vehicle) and was wrapped in cellophane. Totally unrelated to item #2.
I think it's more of a case of Chinese Engrish.

I would like to point out that those two tabs look an awful lot like the reclosable tabs that are on the proper opening end of most cereals. Part of making your message clear is to pay attention to the non-written cues you are giving.
