Hard boiled quail eggs. - haikuman - 03-14-2012

There was a little girl selling them and spicy peanuts yesterday on the street.
I was a sucker for several packages of each.

They do go well with any beverage *(:>*

I just learned from my cooking class that hard boiled quail eggs cook in just 6 minuts!

Had them quite a few times in Vietnam.

Vendors sell them on the beach in many places.

Some salt and pepper, a cold beer, sand between your toes.
Awesome.

Never had them hard boiled. The sushi place i frequent does quail egg shooters. Always the best finish to sushi overload.

they are better for you than chicken eggs, from what i've read.

we have a package of them that we bought at the Korean grocery recently. their refrigerated shelf life is pretty long!
