Tea and hot water bottles. - Manlove - 03-31-2012

I drink tea by the gallon and my wife likes a hot water bottle at night (and when ever it is chilly!). Our pos kettle died and I've been looking at Amazon for a replacement.
This is one of the contenders- http://www.amazon.com/Hamilton-Beach-10-Cup-Stainless-Electric/dp/B002SB8LQY/ref=dp_cp_ob_k_title_1
It has a decent capacity, is stainless steel (less potential BPA issues), and boils fast, apparently.
Anyone have it or recommend a replacement?
Criteria- at least 1.5 litres, stainless steel and around $40 or less.

Thanks

We have a hot water dispenser installed under the sink.

Instant hot water anytime for tea. Spoils you in a hurry.
