My wife makes a killer white kidney bean/tomato/basil salad. I'm having that for lunch now, yum.

Probably because it so seldom gets hot here.

It's lovely and in the 60's today, but my furnace was running at noon on Monday.

Here's a recipe - I love gazpacho too.

I think gazpacho is the absolute best hot weather meal, and it's easy peasy to make.
