"I mean come on. 75 pages! 75 pages! You want me to do an order on 75 pages, (and) unless you're smoking crack, you know these witnesses aren't going to be called when you have less than four hours," Koh said.

"You haven't seen our reality distortion field yet" replied Apple's lawyer.

You can't help but think if Steve had a chance to talk with this judge, she'd be asking for more pages Smile

After reading that it seems to me that this court is ill prepared and does not have the resources to hear a case with financial and product ramifications as large as this.

C(-)ris, I think you're probably right. I don't think many courts have the funds available to run as they probably should (staff, etc.), but yeah, this one you'd think would have enough at stake $$$-wise that they'd have been better prepared.

Oh my. I'm sorry, but this is spin. There is nothing wrong with telling the litigants to keep on point and on schedule. When the judge was handing it to Samsung to start the case, where were the complaints on this forum?

Technology stuff can be very complicated. The courts should be able to handle modern-day challenges.

That actually fits pretty well with Chris's comment. The judge is clearly behind the times.
