I wish more politicians would speak truth with passion and clarity as Melissa Harris-Perry does in this clip.
(she brings it on at 8:30 if you don't want to listen to the whole thing - though IMO it's worth it)

She sounds like me just before my wife starts to make excuses for me. My wife is very concerned that I'll offend someone by telling them the truth in a slightly less than placid manner!
