The Romney campaign office is preparing a press release saying that the President has failed to stop the tides from rising. And that under a Romney administration coastal tides will be cut at least 20% and that total tidal rise will be capped at no more than 4 feet.

Another falsehood.

The nonpartisan CBO announced that the cap would never be able to hold at less than 5 feet without severely flooding the lower middle class.
