Joe Donnelly just gave a very gracious acceptance speech (local NPR feed) where he thanked Moudock and Andrew Horning (Lib) for a spirited campaign. He then thanked Senator Lugar for all his years of service including the Senate, his stint as mayor of Indianapolis, and even his time in the navy. Donnelly had a lot of support from Lugar voters that disliked Mourdocks treatment of Lugar. Nice job Joe.
