Interesting. How will this affect the continuing economic changes going on in Cuba ? "Laying off" huge numbers of people in the last few years, but apparently not really allowing capitalism to properly rear its strictly non-Marxist head.

They could both retire in Miami.

Depends on who the new guy is. Dictatorships are rarely reformed from the top down even when the dictator changes.
