Actually, this product is a darn good idea. My dad had dementia, and I remember during the short days of winter, he occasionally became confused whether it was A.M. or P.M, let alone what day of the week it was.

Working graveyard and swings, I frequently got confused.
And since I'm often up until 0400 or later I sometimes lose track of the day.
I wouldn't mind having a day clock or two. You don't have to be debilitated to appreciate such a clock. Not caring what day it is until you really need to know can be annoying.
I though it might be fun to build an LED day clock if I could find plans. It would be much cheaper to buy one, but I've never seen any I liked.

I am always forgetting the date so this would be a help.
