Heard a ruckus in my neighbor's tree. Looks like some flickers were talking trash over the female. "Baby, shake those tail feathers!" "No, baby, I got what you want; he's no good for you!"
The cardinals are calling for the babes too. Here's a male I heard long before I saw him. Nice color from the westering Sun...
After the snow Tuesday it was 62ยบ today and sunny. The snow is gone. For now, anyway...

Our birds looked mainly confused with the 10" of snow we got yesterday. The snow will go fast for the sunbirds with the high sun.
