Wow that looks good. Maybe a little too sweet with all that caramel. 60 grams of fat in a pint. My wife and I went on a tour of Ben & Jerry's when we were driving through that area a few years ago. Fun tour.

The amount of the various ingredients varies somewhat from pint to pint. I'd prefer the ice cream component to be less sweet. The caramel isn't as sweet-tasting as the ice cream.
