Should I be concerned a non active process takes up 40 threads? - pRICE cUBE - 05-10-2014 I recently installed a DirecTV Player which is supposed to show DirecTV online content. I noticed after installing this my Mini 2.7 has been a bit sluggish. I noticed that even when the player is not running, it takes up 40 threads. The other change, sleeping the mini now takes about 30 seconds. I am not sure if this is related. I am not married to the idea that I need this player if it runs in the background and is sucking up my resources. Any advice is appreciated. ![]() Re: Should I be concerned a non active process takes up 40 threads? - rz - 05-10-2014 With 0.0% CPU usage and only 2.3MB of memory, I don't think it's a problem.
