Need to send one email to an Address Book Group - Go To Top - 08-14-2006 Apple Address Book Help only covers sending One email to One person. I tried to send a group but it just sent to the first name in the group. Thx. Re: Need to send one email to an Address Book Group - Ken Sp. - 08-14-2006 If you have the group named something like "Kilgore" just type "Kilgore" in the email address line and it will populate the names. No quotes needed It will list the possible name choices as you type---when you see the group name-highlight and hit enter Re: Need to send one email to an Address Book Group - Go To Top - 08-14-2006 Ken, That is soooo neato. Have a great day. Go Re: Need to send one email to an Address Book Group - MartyStickle - 08-14-2006 OR, open an email message, then click on addrsses, then drag the group into the TO: or BCC or CC field. Hopefully you'll be using BCC and not populate all the folks with each other's email addresses. |
