Friday Picture Quiz - voodoopenguin - 02-06-2015

It's not mine, someone picked it up in a junk shop purely because they were intrigued as to what it was and that has not been ascertained yet. It seems it is not much bigger than a mug, made of plastic with a sealed lid but that moulding in the bottom cannot be removed which would make it difficult to clean.

So what is it?

More pictures might follow.

Re: Friday Picture Quiz - modelamac - 02-06-2015

Given the top that seems to seal and the configuration in the center of the bottom, I'd guess it is part of some mixer/blender thingy. It is probably the container for the ingredients to be blended. Not having explored that market, I have no idea what brand.

If the thing at the bottom spins around, modelamac is likely correct. Looks plastic, though, which wouldn't do much blending.

The thing in the bottom is fixed. They had discounted most food or medical uses due to the difficulty of actually cleaning it properly.

Looking into from the top:

"No, you can't remove it. The bottom compartment would therefore be impossible to clean properly. Lid definately airtight."
