There was a deal posted here, a day or two ago, for an external WD 5TB Red drive, with a NAS HD for $149, $139 with $10 coupon from Tiger Direct, and $20 rebate, if you are so inclined, on top of the deal.
You can always crack the box and pull the drive for internal installation.
It is apparently highly regarded and quite decent deal. ..

And yes, it was some 3T Seagates, not all 3T HDs.
