There are quite a number of USB 3.0 docks. The problem is compatibility with the Mac. I doubt any of them are compatible. They'd likely require special drivers for functionality, too. Kind of like the way the Kanex USB to ethernet adapter or USB hub/ethernet adapter requires a driver.

Pretty cool, too bad it doesn't support 4K. The current Surface Pro 3 barely does, but it defeats the idea of a dock to have to plug in more cables. I was pretty close to buying a refurb Surface Pro 3 i7 to run OS X, but according to the thread I read 2 months ago on TonyMac, there are too many gotchas that don't quite work yet.
