I am still waiting to hear from space-time on buying one of the $5/mo. plans in Eastern Europe and seeing what roaming charges are in the US.

I posted a follow/up in one of those threads. They offer roaming ONLY in Europe. No roaming in the US. Sorry.
Even if they did, you would have had a foreign tel number and people would pay more to call YOU. It would not be very practical.
