Software Update should provide it, but I think Software Update has become intertwined with the Mac App Store in more recent versions of Mac OS. As such, the Mac App Store is having major problems right now. Maybe wait until the weekend hopefully settles the problems.

and, OBTW, if you're reluctant to go to 10.9.5, I've found it quite stable.

Yeah, just to clarify Fritz's point, without 10.9.5, you likely aren't getting Safari 9.0.1

Restarts take 15 seconds?

You could always use FF or Chrome.

Yeah, I know. My Hackintosh with SSD takes far longer to shut down than boot up....
