Warranty, shmarranty. That was a good price especially considering it had an SSD already installed.

The retailers don't always have upscale configs. It has gotten better, but they don't have any mini quad-cores. One plus might be is that they will usually ship with the OS indicated, where you don't know about Apple Refurbs until it arrives.
